A message from Bruce Gage
The North American Tasar Assocition is having its annual meeting in conjunction with Turkey Bowl. Corinthian Yacht Club hosts the regatta at Shilshole 11/19-11/20 (visit their website for details). We will hold the annual meeting and celebrate at Hale’s Ales. We have reserved a room at this wonderful venue nearby Shilshole. Topics include: Mylar sails, crew weight, gear changes, the election of officers, and settling on some key regattas for next year. I am also entertaining suggestions for the agenda.
We need to cover the remaining cost of $300 (essentially, buying food), so I want to hear back from people about attendance as soon as possible. Call in all those remote Tasars – send me their numbers and emails. It’s time to race.
Remember, the wind is actually decent on Puget Sound in the fall, but bring your warmies.
