Wednesday my dad Russ Jones, my girlfriend Mackenzie, and I Andrew Jones started working on the repairing. So far we got port holes cut for the back repairs, put one coat of fiberglass on both of the front repairs and one of the back repairs. In order for us to work on the repairs we flipped the boat upside down. luckily we have a pretty good facility to work in, our club is based out of an old airplain hanger which the Chelan airways used to own down at the city marina. The boat is currently hanging form the ceiling by two by fours and lines on pullies.
we are hoping to have the boat up and running before it gets too cold to work on it. i would like to do some winter sailing on the boat. i am pretty sure that we will have the boat ready by the end if march, but of course the earlier the better. In the mean time great fun and happy sailing.
